With the current confinement, Vitamin D levels have fallen to a high level, alarmingly increased risk of contagious bacterial or viral infections by Covid and Influenza (known as Flu). Surely we cannot avoid this contagion, but we can make the viral load much lower, if our defenses are higher and result in the infection being much more moderate. For it, without hesitation we should prepare ourselves with 1 or 2 sessions a week of 10 minutes each, since this give us about 6,000ui of Vitamin D.
Also, it is recommended to take sessions of Solarium to be prepared to sunbathe naturally since with confinement, most people have not been able to take it, and currently it is more risky to take the Sun directly.
